    Washington and Lee scored eight goals in both the first and second periods in cruising to a 24-7 victory over Randolph in ODAC men’s lacrosse action on Wednesday evening at Wilson Field.
  • Numerous W&L Students Earn Winter Scholar-Athlete Awards

    Washington and Lee Director of Athletics Jan Hathorn has announced that 233 students earned Scholar-Athlete awards during the recently completed winter term. The students are all members of W&L athletic teams and achieved a grade-point average (GPA) of at least 3.500.

    Washington and Lee Director of Athletics Jan Hathorn has announced that a record 242 students earned Scholar-Athlete awards during the recently completed fall term. The students are all members of W&L athletic teams and achieved a grade-point average (GPA) of at least 3.50. The prior record for scholar-athletes in the fall or winter term was 224 set during the fall of 2014.
