Kristin Cupido is in her second year as an assistant women's cross country and women's track & field coach at Washington and Lee. In her first season, the cross country team claimed the ODAC championship, had five All-ODAC performers, three all-region competitors and sent two runners to the NCAA Championship. The track and field team finished second by two points at the ODAC Indoor Track and Field Championship, and again was the runner-up during the outdoor season. At the outdoor meet, the team set a new program record with 155 points.

Cupido joined the Generals after serving as the head cross country and track & field coach at Kutztown High School in Pennsylvania for the last year. 

A 2011 graduate of Kutztown University with a bachelor of science in leisure and sports studies, she was a captain of the cross country and track & field teams during her senior season. A three-time Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference Scholar-Athlete and three-time member of the NCAA Division II All-Academic Cross Country team, Cupido earned All-PSAC honors in the indoor 5,000 meters in 2008.
