2010: Lettered for the second-consecutive season … earned First Team All-ODAC honors with a fifth-place finish in 23:48 at the ODAC Championships (10/30) … finished 35 out of 191 competitors at the NCAA Regional with a season-best time of 23:34 (11/13) ... won the season-opening W&L Invitational (9/11) with a time of 24:18.

2009: Earned First Team All-ODAC and ODAC Rookie of the Year honors with a seventh-place finish (25:10.62) at the conference meet … also earned all-region honors with a 30th-place finish (25:01) at the NCAA Regional meet … posted a season-best time of 24:56.16 at the Maroon Invitational.

High School: Four-year letterwinner in cross country, and indoor and outdoor track & field at Hopkinton … helped lead the cross country team to four league championships … also helped lead the outdoor track & field team to four league championships and the indoor track team to one league title … the outdoor track team won the state championship in 2006 … three-time Tri-Valley League Cross Country All-Star … indoor track all-star in 2008 and outdoor all-star in 2009 … earned the most improved award in cross country as a junior and the coaches award as a senior.

Personal: Also a member of the W&L track & field team ... geology and German double-major.
