2008-09 (Cross Country): As a junior, garnered Second Team All-ODAC accolades for her 9th-place finish (23:06.35) at the league championships … ran a season-best 22:56 in earning a fourth-place finish at the Virginia Wesleyan Invitational … took 27th-place at the NCAA South/Southeast Championships, posting a time of 23:59.4 … (Indoor Track & Field): Did not compete in the indoor season … (Outdoor Track & Field): Threw a season-best 24.23 meters in the javelin at the ODAC Championships.

2007-08 (Cross Country): Was named the 2007 ODAC Runner of the Year as a sophomore after winning the ODAC Championships with a time of 23:48.80 … qualified for the NCAA’s with a time of 23:32 at the NCAA South/Southeast Regionals, which was good for ninth place and all-region honors … took 103rd at NCAA’s with a then-personal best time of 23:00 … (Indoor Track & Field): Finished as the first Division III competitor in the 3000 meters (10:51.50) at Liberty ... set a then-school record in the mile (5:26.02) at the Marietta Open … (Outdoor Track & Field): Finished fourth in the 3000 meter steeplechase (12:20.80) and sixth in the 1500 meters (4:59) at the 2008 ODAC Championship meet ... notched a fourth-place finish in the 5000 meters (18:32.33) at the Asics Liberty Invitational & Multi's ... also recorded a personal-best time of 4:57.96 in the 1500 meters at the UVA Invitational.

2006-07 (Cross Country): Was named the 2006 ODAC Rookie of the Year and First Team All-ODAC after finishing in second place with a time of 25:17.20 at the league meet … garnered all-region accolades after finishing in ninth place at the NCAA Regional with a 23:40.7 mark … (Indoor Track & Field): Captured first place among Division III competitors in the 3,000 meters with a time of 10:51.58 at the Liberty On Track Open… set a then-school record in winning the mile (5:26.02) at the Marietta Open … (Outdoor Track & Field): Was the first collegiate finisher in the 1,500 meters at the EMU Invitational with a time of 5:10.28 … captured third-place at the ODAC Championship meet in the 1,500 meters in 5:58.18.

High School: Lettered in lacrosse, cross country and track & field at Great Bridge High School … helped lead cross country and outdoor track team to a pair of district titles, while helping the indoor track team to one district title and a runner-up finish … named outdoor team MVP in 2005, cross country MVP in 2003 and lacrosse MVP in 2003 … earned all-state honors in cross country, and indoor and outdoor track & field.
