2009-10: Three-year member of the cross country team and a two-year member of the track & field team.

2008-09 (Cross Country): Ran a season-best 24:43.50 to record a Top-30 finish at the ODAC Championships during her junior season … highest finish of the season came when she placed ninth (27:40.63) at the Virginia State Meet … (Indoor Track & Field): Notched a Top-10 finish in the 5,000 meters with a time of 21:03.75 at the Liberty Open … ran a season-best time of 5:59.17 in the mile at the ODAC Championships … (Outdoor Track & Field): Took 11th place while competing against Division I, II, and III opponents in the 5,000 meters with a mark of  20:16.76 at the Lynchburg Invitational.

2007-08 (Cross Country): Ran in two meets for the cross country team as a sophomore, including posting a 31:38.56 at the ODAC Championships … (Indoor Track & Field): Did not compete … (Outdoor Track & Field): Recorded a time of 6:06.81 in the mile at the ODAC Championships.

2006-07 (Cross Country): Ran a season-best time of 33:25.25 at the Gettysburg Invitational as a first-year.

High School: Earned three letters in in cross country at West Springfield … also earned two letters in both indoor and outdoor track & field.

Personal: Father, Thomas, was a gymnast at West Point … politics major.
