2008-09 (Cross Country): Opened the 2008 season with a 25:54 at the Virginia Wesleyan Invitational as a first-year … took 14th out of 95 runners at W&L invitational with a time of 26:10 … ran a season-best 25:35.80 at the ODAC Championships to finish 40th out of 75 athletes … (Indoor Track & Field): Ran a season-best time of 2:33.27 in the 800 meters at the ODAC Indoor Championships … recorded a Top-20 finish among all divisions with a 3:28.50 in the 1000 meter dash at the Liberty Invitational … (Outdoor Track & Field): Took 12th place at the ODAC Championships in the 800 meters with a time of 2:36.16.

High School: Earned four letters in cross country and six in track & field at Hunterdon Central … also lettered twice in golf … helped lead the cross country team to a sectional championship in 2007 … was a team captain for cross country and winter track as a senior … named the school’s scholar-athlete in 2008.
