2009-10: Earned First Team All-ODAC and Rookie of the Year honors with a seventh-place finish (25:10.62) at the conference meet … also earned all-region honors with a 30th-place finish (25:01) at the NCAA Regional meet … posted a season-best time of 24:56.16 at the Maroon Invitational … (Indoor Track & Field): Earned First Team All-ODAC honors by capturing the 5,000 meters in  at ODACs ... also placed third in the mile … (Outdoor Track & Field): Was named the ODAC Rookie of the year after winning the 3,000 meter steeplechase and finishing second in the 5,000 meters.
