Generals Swat Wasps, 5-0, in Women's Tennis
LEXINGTON, Va. – The Washington and Lee women's tennis team defeated Emory & Henry, 5-0, on Sunday morning at the Duchossois Tennis Center.
With the victory, the Generals are now 6-2 on the season and 4-0 in conference play. The match was played just to decision.
W&L started the day off perfect in doubles play and went into singles action up 3-0. The Generals clinched the 5-0 win with two victories at the No. 1 and No. 2 singles spots.
