W&L Women's Tennis Tops Radford, 6-3

LEXINGTON, Va. – The 10^th-ranked Washington and Lee women's tennis team earned a 6-3 victory over Division I opponent Radford University at the Duchossois Tennis Center on Tuesday afternoon.

W&L claimed all three doubles flights, while winning at the No. 2, 4 and 6 singles positions. The win improved the Generals to 3-0 for the season, while Radford fell to 0-5.

W&L will return to action on Friday against No. 5 Denison in its opening match of the ITA National Collegiate Indoor Championships at Gustavus Adolphus University in St. Peter, Minn. at 6:00 pm. The team will also host Randolph-Macon in an ODAC matchup on Friday at the Duchossois Tennis Center starting at 4:00 pm.
