High School: Earned four varsity letters each in swimming and track & field and one letter in cross country at the Casady School … named to the Southwest Preparatory Conference (SPC) first team all-conference swim team three years … earned the Casady School Most-Valuable Swimmer Award in 2007 and 2009 … named to the SPC first team all-conference cross country squad in 2008 and all-conference track & field team in 2009 … honored as a USA Swimming Scholastic All-American in 2008 and 2009 … graduated Magna Cum Laude.

Personal: Uncle, Phil, was a swimmer at the University of Kansas … cousin, Connor, participated in crew at Stanford University … undeclared major.
