LEXINGTON, Va. – Washington and Lee Assistant Wrestling Coach Alex Radsky will be competing in the Bill Farrell Memorial International Open, the first opportunity for wrestlers to qualify to the World Team Trials this summer.
Radsky will compete against some of the world's best wrestlers in the prelims of the men's 61 KG freestyle event at the Bill Farrell on Friday, November 11 beginning at 10:00 am. The highest placing USA athlete per Olympic weight category who has yet to qualify will earn a spot in the 2017 World Team Trials held on June 9-10, 2017.
Qualifiers in the World Team Trials will represent Team USA in the World Championships held August 21-26, 2017 in Paris, France.

Radsky has competed in the World Team Trials previously following a successful collegiate wrestling career at Davidson College. He spent the 2013 season as an assistant at VMI and he is in his second season as assistant coach at W&L.
