2008-09: Was fourth on the team in wins with a 16-9 overall record at 149 and 157 pounds … went 5-2 in Centennial Conference matches … notched a team-best eight pins … also had a team-best 31 escapes, 25 takedowns, 11 total near falls and seven reversals … was the second-place finisher in the 149-pound weight class at the W&L Invitational … finished the season by winning eight of his final 11 matches … won three-straight matches by pin during the middle of the season, knocking off Ahmed Dorghood of Southern Virginia (6:59 – 1/28), William Selba of Johns Hopkins (4:16 – 1/31) and Mike Tyler of West Virginia Tech (1:56 – 2/7) … placed fourth in the 157-pound bracket at the Centennial Conference Championships.
