W&L Women's Golf Begins Play at the Taylor Made Adidas Intercollegiate

DATAW ISLAND, S.C. – The Washington and Lee women's golf program officially began play on Monday and Tuesday as it competed in the Taylor Made Adidas Intercollegiate hosted by Ohio Wesleyan at the Cotton Dike Course in Dataw Island, S.C.

The Generals had two individuals participating in the event as first-years Kara Kettelkamp (Skillman, N.J./Hun School) and Elise Petracca (Manhasset, N.Y./Loomis Chaffee) both finished in the Top 25 of the individual standings.  Kettelkamp tied for 22nd overall, while Petracca notched a 24th-place finish.

W&L's women's program will return to action on April 2-3 as it competes in the Piedmont Spring Invitational at the Orchard Golf & Country Club in Clarkesville, Ga.
