She is averaging 2.3 steals per game, which is second in the ODAC. Perszyk has also scored 20 or more points in 10 games this season, including two 28-point performances.
Perszyk is a two-time First Team All-ODAC honoree and was recently named the 2018 ODAC/Virginia Farm Bureau Scholar-Athlete of the Year. She ranks fifth in program history with 1,340 points, while she is second in program history with 194 made three-pointers.

Washington and Lee is a member of District 5, which includes players from small colleges in Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Mississippi, Missouri, North Carolina, Puerto Rico, South Carolina, Tennessee and Virginia. Perszyk will now go on the national ballot to be considered for CoSIDA Academic All-America honors.
