Senior guard Emily Perszyk (Greendale, Wis. / Greendale) returns as the team's top player. She earned First Team All-ODAC and Second Team All-State honors last year. She also shot 38.0 percent (41-108) from behind the arc and 90.4 (110-122) percent from the free throw line. She enters the season with 955 points and ranks third on the W&L career three-pointers made list with 149.

Senior forwards Emma Redding (Allentown, Pa. / Central Catholic) and Ailyn Kelly (Clifton, Va. / Centreville), senior guard Andrea Ferrero (Ridgefield, Conn. / Ridgefield) and sophomore guard Taylor Casey (Brentwood, Tenn. / Franklin Road Academy) also all return as key contributors for W&L.
