W&L's Morse Competes at IHSA Zones
BLACKSBURG, Va. – Washington and Lee sophomore Tamara Morse (Bristow, Va./Brentsville) competed on Sunday afternoon at the IHSA Zones held at Virginia Tech.
Morse competed in the open flat and finished third overall. The top three were all called upon for additional testing, with the top two riders, Lauren Fay of Virginia Intermont and Katie Furches of Hollins, both receiving bids to IHSA Nationals.
Virginia Intermont finished as the top team at the zone competition and, along with Hollins, will compete at Nationals.
