2016: Ran in seven races during his junior season ... was the team's second-best finisher at the NCAA Championship (11/19), taking 125th with a time of 25:31.70 ... earned all-region accolades by taking 10th (25:46.84) a the NCAA South/Southeast Regional (11/12) ... garnered First Team All-ODAC laurels by placing second at the ODAC Championship (10/29) with a time of 26:55.50 ... was second (27:52.60) at the ODAC Preview (9/9) ... earned USTFCCCA All-Academic honors.

2015: Competed in four meets in his second season ... took 18th (27:01.10) out of 122 runners at the ODAC Championchip (10/31) ... finished sixth at the James Madison University Invitational (9/12) with a time of 27:33.00 ... placed 26th at the Galen Piper Challenge (9/4) in 20:28.00. 

2014: Placed in five of the team's six competitions ... finished 16th in his first collegiate race at the Sewanee Invitational (9/6) with a time of 27:55.89 ... claimed sixth at the John Tucker Invitational (9/13) in 29:18.10 ... registered a season-best time of 26:34.70 at the Don Cathcart Invitational (9/27) ... was the Generals' fourth-best finisher at the NCAA South/Southeast Regional (11/15) with a time of 27:22.44.

High School: Lettered 10 times during his prep career at Port Jervis High School with four in cross country, four in indoor track and two in outdoor track ... his cross country team recorded a third-place finish at the NYS Class B Championship in 2013 and a sixth-place finish at the NYS Federation Championship ... named to the 2013 Section 9 All-Star team ... set the indoor school record in the 1,600m ... was a captin of his 2013 outdoor track team ... is a National Honor Society member.
