2012: One-year letterwinner and a team captain ... has shown rapid improvement over the years and looks to compete for a spot in the top five.

2011: Ran in every race for the Generals in his third season ... took 29th at the W&L Invitational (9/10) ... finished 44th at the ODAC Championships with a season-best time of 28:45.70.

2010: Competed in three races during his sophomore season, running a season-best time of 30:03 at the Dickinson Long-Short Invitational ... also competed in the W&L Invitational and the Great American Cross Country Festival. 

2009: Saw action in two races during his rookie season ... tallied a season-best time of 30:14.4 at the Guilford XC Festival ... also competed in the W&L Invitational.

High School: Earned three letters in cross country at Rye Country Day … earned the coaches award as a senior.
