2010: Was named the ODAC/Farm Bureau Insurance Cross Country Scholar-Athlete of the Year for the second-straight year … posted a season-best time of 27:14 at the Oberlin Inter-Regional Rumble … placed 20th at the ODAC Championship event with a time of 27:59 … crossed the tape in 27:46 at the NCAA Regional Championship meet.

2009: Tabbed the ODAC/Farm Bureau Insurance Cross Country Scholar-Athlete of the Year … also earned Second Team All-ODAC honors with a 12th-place finish (28:30.27) at the ODAC Championship meet … was the top W&L finisher at the Oberlin Inter-Region Rumble, posting a season-best time of 26:35.

2008: Placed 23rd at the ODAC Championships during his debut season with a time of 26:47.80 … finished 34th at the James Madison Invitational in 28:36.20.

High School: Two-time letterwinner in cross country at Trinity Episcopal … also lettered in track & field.
