2011: Has earned one letter as a member of the cross country team ... will look to continue the steady improvement throughout his career during his senior season.

2010: Competed in one race during his junior season, placing 122nd overall (30:08) at the Dickinson Long-Short Invitational.

2009: Season-best time came at the EMU Invitational (31:12) where he also recorded a fourth-place finish … finished 62nd at the ODAC Championships as a sophomore.

2008: Posted a season-best time of 30:46.40 in finishing 84th at the ODAC Championships.

High School: Lettered three times in cross country and twice in track & field at St. Xavier.
