2011: Two-year letterwinner ... expected to be among the scoring five runners during his junior campaign.

2010: Opened the season with a fifth-place finish at the W&L Invitational in 29:21 (9/11) ... ran a season-best time of 27:30 in finishing 26th at the Great American XC Festival.

2009: Ran a season-best time of 27:54.2 at the Guilford XC Festival in taking ninth place … also recorded a Top 10 finish with a seventh-place finish (29:30) at the W&L Invitational.

High School: Earned four letters in swimming and three in cross country at St. Andrew’s … also lettered in crew … won the conference championship meet in cross country on two occasions … two-time all-state, all-conference and all-county honoree … helped lead the swimming team to four conference championships … three-time state champ in the 50 free in swimming … also a member of the three-time state-title winning 200 free relay team … three-time all-state and all-conference honoree … named All-American in the 50 free and the 200 free relay in 2009.

Personal: Also a member of the W&L men’s swim team … economics major.
