2009-10: Posted a season-best time of 27:08 at the Oberlin Inter-Region Rumble … placed 26^th at the ODAC Championship Meet (29:41.99) … best result was a 12^th-place finish at the Guilford XC Festival (28:02.8).

2008-09: Recorded a Top 40 finish (37th) at the ODAC meet during his rookie campaign with a time of 27:25.95 … best finish of the season was a 36th-place finish at the W&L Invitational.

High School: Lettered twice in cross country and track & field … served as a team captain for both teams as a senior … named cross country team MVP as a senior.
