2009-10 (Cross Country): Season’s-best time (27:40) came at the Oberlin Inter-Region Rumble … placed 22^nd at the ODAC Championship meet with a time of 29:24.54 … best finish of the season was a ninth-place finish at the W&L Invitational (29:36) … (Indoor Track & Field): Finished ninth at the Indoor Championships in the 800 meters with a time of 2:05.62 … (Outdoor Track & Field): Posted a time of 55.22 in the 400 meters at the Moravian Greyhound Invitational … posted team-best times in 800 meters (1:57.60 at the Roanoke Invitational) and 1,500 meters (4:08.00 at the W&L Invitational).

2008-09 (Cross Country): Finished 28th at the ODAC Championship (26:59.45) meet as a first-year … placed fourth at the W&L Invitational with a time of 29:38 … recorded an 80th-place finish (28:09.9) at the NCAA South/Southeast Region Championships … (Indoor Track & Field): Took fifth in the mile at the Lafayette-Rider Winter Games with a time of 4:25.56 … (Outdoor Track & Field): Placed fifth in the 1500 meters with a time of 4:04.48 at the ODAC Championships … also ran a season-best time of 2:02.36 in the 800 meters at ODAC’s.

High School: Lettered in cross country, track & field and swimming at The Wesleyan School … helped lead the cross country team to three state championships … named to the Atlanta Track Club All-Metro team for cross country as a senior … state champion in track in the 3,200 meters as a senior … high school’s record holder in the 1,600 meters …  twice named to the all-county team … also named a captain of the swim team.
