2009-10 (Cross Country): Just missed earning All-ODAC honors with a 16^th-place finish (28:54.73) at the ODAC Championships … best time of the season was a 27:26 at the Oberlin Inter-Region Rumble … placed 10^th at the W&L Invitational, posting a time of 29:43 … (Indoor Track & Field): Ran a season-best time of 17:08.08 in the 5,000 meters at the Liberty Open ... paticipated on the distance medley relay team that took fifth at ODACs with a time of 11:01.86 … (Outdoor Track & Field): Took fifth at the championship meet in the 3,000 meter steeplechase with a time of 10:32.54 ... also took 12th at ODACs in the 5,000 meters with a time of 16:23.95.

2008-09 (Cross Country): Placed 39th at the league meet as a sophomore with a time of 27:29.50 … (Indoor Track & Field): Ran a 16:37.67 in the 5,000 meters at the Bucknell Open & Multi’s … (Outdoor Track & Field): At the VMI-W&L Carnival, he posted a season-best time of 16:34.09 in the 5,000 meters … ran a 4:22.21 in the 1,500 meters at the Lynchburg Track Classic.

2007-08 (Cross Country): Finished 24th at the W&L Invitational with a time of 31:20.56 … best time was a 29:19 at the William & Mary Invitational … (Indoor Track & Field): Placed eighth at the Marietta Open with a time of 17:27.68 in the 5,000 meters … ran a 9:43.51 in the 3,000 meters at the VMI Winter Relays … (Outdoor Track & Field): Ran a season-best time of 16:55.57 in the 5,000 meters at the Asics Liberty Invitational & Multi’s.

High School: Earned four letters in cross country and four letters in outdoor track & field at Middletown High School … two-time recipient of the coaches award for cross country … also won the coaches award for outdoor track & field.
