2008-09 (Cross Country): Earned Second Team
All-ODAC honors for his eighth-place finish (25:54.15) at the
league meet … also named to the All-South/Southeast Region
Team after finishing in 35th place at the regional meet (27:02.5)
… (Indoor Track & Field): Earned First
Team All-ODAC honors as a member of the distance medley relay team
that captured the ODAC Championship with a meet-record time of
10:39.21 … posted a season-best time of 4:35.76 in the mile
at the Liberty Open … (Outdoor Track &
Field): Placed fourth at the ODAC Championships in the
3,000 meter steeplechase with a time of 10:06.36 … finished
third in the 800 meters at the Lynchburg Invitational with a time
of 2:00.32.
2007-08 (Cross Country): Notched a 22nd-place
finish at the ODAC Championships as a first-year … posted
his best time of the season at the William & Mary Invitational
(28:19).
High School: Earned four letters in cross country
and three in track & field at White Station … also
earned one letter in basketball … served as a team cross
country captain for two years.
