(Indoor) Earned All-ODAC honors in the 800m (1:58.72) by taking third at ODAC's (2/24) ... ran a career-best time in the mile (4:27.76) in taking first at the Marietta Open (1/14) ... (Outdoor) Finished eighth in the 1,500m (4:08.21) at ODAC's (4/21) ... had a career-best time in the 5,000m (16:06.05) at the W&L-VMI Carnival (3/3).

2010-11: First year as a letterwinner ... school record holder for the indoor 800m with a time of 1:57.46. (Indoor) Champion in two of three events competing in at ODACs; 1st-800m (1:58.91), 1st-4x400m, 5th-Distance Medley Relay (11:43.42) ... recorded a time of 4:33.69 in the mile and a 2nd-place finish at Dickinson. (Outdoor) Finished 1st at Roanoke in the 1500m at 4:05.18 ... claimed the 3rd-place position at ODACs in the 800m with the time 1:57.65 ... took 4th place at the VMI-W&L Carnival in the 4x400mR (3:20.54).

High School: Four-year letterwinner in both cross country and track & field at Shorewood High School … helped lead the cross country team to its first-ever 4A State berth … twice anchored the track team’s state-qualifying 4x400 meter relay team … served as a captain of both the track and cross country teams … two-time state qualifier in track and one-time state qualifier in cross country … track team MVP as a sophomore … twice named Most Inspirational in both track and cross country.
