2011-12: Lettered after only competing in the outdoor season ... (Outdoor) Scored at ODAC's (4/21) in the discus by taking sixth with a throw of 36.80m ... also placed seventh in the shot put (13.05m) and 13th in javelin (41.09m) at the conference meet ... had a season-best throw in the javelin (fifth, 48.87m) at the Hopkins/Loyola Invite (4/14).

High School: Earned two letters in football and one in track & field at Broad Run High School ... helped lead the football team to a Virginia AA Division 4 State Championship as a sophomore and junior ... named the co-MVP of the track & field team as a senior ... finished fifth in the state in the discus and sixth in the shot put as a senior when he earned All-America honors.
