LEXINGTON, Va. -- The Washington and Lee men's tennis team cruised to a 9-0 victory over Shenandoah at the W&L Upper Courts on Wednesday afternoon.
The Generals swept the doubles matches, winning 8-0 at both No. 2 and No. 3 doubles. In singles action, W&L surrendered just five games across the six matches to post the victory.
W&L improved to 6-2 overall and 4-0 in the ODAC, while Shenandoah dropped to 1-3 overall and 0-2 in conference play.
The Blue & White will return to action on Friday when it hosts Emory & Henry for a 2:00 pm match.
