WINCHESTER, Va. -- The 22nd-ranked Washington and Lee men's tennis team cruised to a 9-0 victory over Shenandoah on Thursday afternoon at the Lowry Courts.
The Generals easily took all three doubles points, before winning all six singles matches in straight sets while dropping just seven games.
Washington and Lee improved to 9-2 overall and 8-0 in the ODAC with the win. Shenandoah fell to 2-1 overall and 0-1 in the league with the loss.
The Generals will next play on Saturday when they host Christopher Newport for a 4:00 pm match.
