CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. -- The 20th-ranked Washington and Lee men's tennis team posted an 8-1 win over Sewanee on Thursday afternoon in Chattanooga.
The Generals took two of the three doubles matches to head to singles play with a 2-1 lead. W&L proceeded to take all six singles matches to improve to 2-2 on the season.
The loss dropped the Tigers to 1-1 for the year.
Washington and Lee returns to action next Saturday with matches against Roanoke and Randolph.
