DIRECTIONS
Washington and Lee is located in Lexington, Virginia, a historic
city of about 7,000 people in the central part of the Great Valley
of Virginia. The city is some 50 miles northeast of Roanoke, 50
miles northwest of Lynchburg and 36 miles southwest of Staunton.
Lexington is easily accessible by interstates 81 and 64.
From I-81 North, I-64 West: Follow interstate 81/64 to Exit 195. Follow the exit ramp and then turn right onto route 11 South. Follow for six miles into Lexington. Route 11 will fork, take 11 Business to the right and follow into town. Take a right at Washington Street and it will take you into the heart of the campus.
From I-64 East: Follow interstate 64 to Exit 55. Follow the exit ramp, turn right onto route 11 South. Follow the above directions.
From I-81 South: Follow interstate 81 to Exit 188B. Take 60 west and follow into Lexington. Stay on 60 until you reach Main Street and then take a right. At the next intersection (Washington Street) take a left and follow through one light into the heart of campus.
Duchossois Tennis
Center
To arrive at the Duchossois Tennis Center, take Route 60 West
through town and past the W&L campus and the University Parking
Deck. Proceed up the hill approximately 1/2 mile past the parking
deck and turn right on West Denny Circle. Proceed on West Denny
Circle for 1/2 mile until the road takes a 90 degree turn to the
right. At this point, the Duchossois Tennis Center is right in
front of you. Parking is available in the lot to the left,
right next to the facility.

Tennis Courts
To arrive at the Upper or Lower Tennis Courts, please park in the
University Parking deck located at the intersection of Washington
Street and Nelson Street. From the parking deck, take the
University Footbridge to the Wilson Field and Tennis Courts
area.
