Geissinger is in his second season as an assistant men's and women's swimming coach at W&L.  In his first season with the men, he helped lead W&L to a third place finish at the Bluegrass Mountain Championships while qualifying five swimmers for the NCAA Division III Swimming & Diving Championships.  Additionally, Geissinger helped guide the W&L women to the 2010 ODAC title.

Geissinger came to W&L after spending the past year as an intern with IMG Media. A 2009 graduate of Denison University,  Geissinger was a four-year member of the swim team. A four-time NCAA Division III Championship qualifier, he earned All-America honors 22 times during his career, setting five Denison records and seven conference records. 

The 2009 NCAC Swimmer of the Year, he also helped set the NCAA Division III record in the 800 free relay.  Geissinger helped Denison to four Top 3 finishes at the NCAA Championships in addition to the 2009 NCAC title.

He graduated from Denison with a bachelor of arts degree in history.
