Ross Liberati is in his second season as assistant men's soccer coach. In 2013, he helped lead the team to a 10-3-5 overall record and a 7-2-2 mark in conference play. The Generals made an appearance in the ODAC Tournament semifinals for the second consecutive year, before falling to Randolph, 2-0. Six Generals earned all-conference honors, while Al Organ '15 was tabbed as the ODAC Scholar Athlete of the Year. The team was also a recipient of the National Soccer Coaches Association (NSCAA) Team Academic Award.

Prior to W&L, he was the first assistant at Frostburg State from 2011 to 2012. In two seasons, the Bobcats went 23-6-9, and had back-to-back Capital Athletic Conference tournament semifinal appearances. While at Frostburg State, Liberati earned his masters in business administration.

He graduated from Bucknell University in 2011, with a bachelor of science in business administration. He was a two-time First Team All-Patriot League honoree for the Bison. He also helped lead the team to two Patriot League Championships (2009 & 2010), and was First Team NSCAA All-Mid-Atlantic Region in 2010.
