Kevin Kiley is in his third season as an assistant coach with the men’s lacrosse program. In his first two seasons, he has helped lead the Generals to the ODAC title game twice. The 2013 team tied the school record for wins (16-5) and received an at-large bid to the NCAA Division III Tournament, advancing to the second round.
Kiley came to W&L from Williams College, where he was an assistant football and assistant lacrosse coach from 2006-11. On the lacrosse field, he served as the team’s defensive coordinator for four seasons and he was the offensive coordinator in 2011, while also assuming the duties of recruiting coordinator. During his time with the program, the Ephs won their first-ever conference championship and achieved their first appearance in the NCAA Division III Tournament in 2008. On the football field, he coached the defensive line and helped Williams to a 26-6 record over four seasons.
Kiley has also held assistant coaching stints at St. Andrews Presbyterian (2005-06) and St. Lawrence (2003-05). He is a 2003 graduate of Colby College where he earned a bachelor of arts in classical civilizations and was a three-year starter for the lacrosse team. He later earned a master of education in education administration from St. Lawrence in 2005. He and his wife Caitlin live in Lexington.
