
Eighth-seeded Washington and Lee was eliminated from postseason play with an 8-3 loss to fifth-seeded Washington & Jefferson on day two of the NCAA Division III Baseball South Regional.

The eighth-seeded Washington and Lee baseball team fell, 3-2, to top-seeded and third ranked Salisbury on the opening day of South Region play in the NCAA Division III Baseball Tournament on Wednesday afternoon at Arthur W. Perdue Stadium.

The sixth-seeded Washington and Lee baseball team won its first-ever ODAC title by defeating second-seeded Virginia Wesleyan, 10-6, on Sunday evening at Lynchburg City Stadium.

The sixth-seeded Washington and Lee baseball team advanced to the ODAC Championship game with a 6-1 victory over fifth-seeded Hampden-Sydney on Saturday night at Lynchburg City Stadium.

Senior second baseman Byron Peyster's (Washington, D.C./Maret) two-run homerun in the top of the ninth inning broke a 6-6 tie and lifted the sixth-seeded Washington and Lee baseball team to an 8-6 win over third-seeded Randolph-Macon on day three of the ODAC Baseball Championships at Lynchburg City Stadium.
