letterwinner … expected to vie for the starting third base
position.
2010: Played in nine games and made one start
at third base … hit .333 in nine at-bats … drove in
two runs and scored twice … singled and drove in a run in
his only at-bat in an 18-6 win over E&H (3/24) and a 17-3 win
over SVU (3/30).
2009: Saw action in five games and had one hit in three at-bats with one RBI … also drew one walk and was hit by a pitch.
High School: Earned a pair of letters in baseball at Lyons Township … helped lead his summer baseball team to a 2006 state championship.
Off the field: Mother, Lisa, played tennis and field hockey at Lafayette College … business administration major.
