W&L MEN'S SOCCER EARNS #1 SEED IN ODAC TOURNAMENT

LEXINGTON, Va. -- The Washington and Lee women's soccer team earned the No. 1seed in the 2001 ODAC Tournament and will host Guilford at 11:30 am on Saturday morning on the Liberty Hall Fields.

Guilford defeated W&L, 1-0, back on October13th. W&L handed the Quakers a 2-1 setback in overtime of last year's ODAC quarterfinals.

The winner of the W&L/Guilford game will play the winner of the Hampden-Sydney/Lynchburg game on Friday, November 2nd. The site and time of the game will be determined.
