All interviews should be coordinated through the sports information office. Players and coaches are available to media throughout the week, but please allow 24 hours notice. Postgame interviews are coordinated following the event and can be conducted on the fields/court or outside the locker rooms following a cool down period.  INTERVIEWS ARE NOT TO BE CONDUCTED IN THE LOCKER ROOM AREAS. Simply locate a member of the sports information staff with your interview requests and we will assist in ushering those players from the locker room for your convenience.

Washington and Lee does not charge admission to any of its home contests, but please contact the sports information office in advance if you are planning to attend a game and would like a seat in the press areas at any of our facilities.

Washington and Lee does require that you obtain a sideline pass in order to shoot any athletic event held at the University. Please contact the sports information office at least 24 hours in advance to reserve a sideline pass.  ONLY PROFESSIONAL PHOTOGRAPHERS shooting for Washington and Lee, the visiting school or approved media outlets will be issued a sideline pass and the University reserves the right to revoke photography priviledges based upon sideline conduct during the game.

If you wish to provide television or radio coverage of an athletic event at Washington and Lee, please contact the sports information staff at least 24 hours prior to the event.  Phone lines and internet connections are available on a first-come, first-serve basis at most of our athletic facilities.

Please take a moment to utilize the online student-athlete information forms to have your form directly e-mailed to the sports information office.  If you are a first-year student athlete, meaning you will be competing on a varsity athletic team for the first time, please fill out the First-Year Student-Athlete Form.  If you have previously competed for an athletic team at W&L and have already completed the First-Year Form, please fill out the shorter Returning Athlete Update Form.
