Diana Banks - Yoga; Strength and Conditioning

Originally from Colorado, Diana has grown up with an appreciation for the outdoors and love of the fitness opportunities that come along with it. Having grown up skiing, rafting, paddling, hiking, and biking, Diana likes to integrate functional outdoor fitness with her 6+ years of experience in both crossfit and yoga to offer classes that promote a well-balance fitness regime. Watching her mom (a fitness instructor and personal trainer as well) plan and facilitate classes gave her the inspiration to start teaching in a formal class setting, and she is looking forward to her first year of classes with W&L.
